Funding Requests:

All clubs and activities at Dubuque Senior High School are encouraged to submit funding requests to the Rams Booster Club. Requests should be submitted via the form below no later than 1 week prior to a scheduled monthly meeting. Requests can be turned in to the Activities Office.

We ask that the requester be a member of the Rams Booster Club.

Also, we like to see that the requesting group is active in past/future Booster Club events (ie: Fall Auction, golf outing, etc)

Please Note:  Most food reimbursement requests will not be approved.
